Manulife Centre

Toronto, Canada

B+H Architects , 2021

The Manulife Centre in Toronto, one of the most iconic buildings in this modern Canadian city, has undergone a major renovation of its central lobbies.

The project, overseen by the architectural firm B+H Architects, aimed to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the spaces, giving them a modern and elegant look while preserving the building's distinctive character.

To achieve this transformation, GMP supplied all the marble required to the specialized firm GEM Campbell Terrazzo & Tile Inc., ensuring the use of top-quality materials. Among these, the standout material is Calacatta Caldia, a premium marble distinguished by its white base with delicate golden and gray veining, capable of bringing brightness and sophistication to the interiors.

The project required a careful selection of materials and a high level of precision in workmanship, with the goal of achieving flawless surfaces and an excellent final result. Calacatta Caldia, known for its durability and beauty, was chosen for its visual impact and its ability to blend harmoniously with the building's contemporary design.

Thanks to the collaboration among the various professionals involved, the renovation of the Manulife Centre lobbies in Toronto has restored new prestige to the spaces while preserving the elegance and architectural value of the building.
